These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legal Growth Intelligence (LGI) system operated by GrowthProLegal, a service of GrowthPro Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), available at growthprolegal.com.
By accessing any LGI engine, submitting information, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GrowthProLegal provides a three-tier AI-powered revenue diagnostic system built on the Revenue Intelligence & Decision Architecture™ (RIDA™) framework. The tiers are:
All three engines are self-serve diagnostic tools. They are not legal services, financial advisory services, accounting services, or professional consulting engagements. No attorney-client relationship, advisor-client relationship, or fiduciary duty is created through use of any LGI engine.
Important: The LGI system is a structured diagnostic framework. It identifies revenue system signals and constraints based on information you provide. It does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, or growth trajectory. Results reflect your inputs and the RIDA™ scoring model, not a guarantee of future performance.
JurisIntell ($99) and JurisIQ ($249) are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Because diagnostic results are generated and delivered immediately upon payment and form completion, all sales are final and non-refundable once your report has been generated. If you experience a technical failure that prevented delivery of your report, contact us at LGI@growthprolegal.com and we will resolve it promptly.
If you initiate a chargeback for a completed and delivered diagnostic, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation of delivery.
The quality of your diagnostic output depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to provide truthful and reasonably accurate information when using the LGI engines. We are not responsible for diagnostic outputs that are inaccurate due to incorrect or misleading input data.
The LGI scoring models apply structured logic to your inputs. They do not independently verify financial data, audit your firm's records, or access any external information about your practice.

The RIDA™ framework, scoring methodology, diagnostic logic, report structure, and all content within the LGI engines are proprietary to GrowthPro Holdings. Your diagnostic report is licensed to you for your personal business use. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute the methodology, scoring logic, or report templates.
Your diagnostic report belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over the insights derived from your specific firm's data.
Users who complete the JurisIQ Growth Intelligence Blueprint and meet the criteria for a BL Sheets & Co. advisory engagement may receive a personal outreach from B.L. Sheets. This outreach is an invitation to a working session, not a solicitation or guarantee of engagement.
Any advisory relationship between your firm and BL Sheets & Co. would be governed by a separate engagement agreement executed at that time. Nothing in the LGI diagnostic process constitutes the beginning of an advisory engagement or creates any obligation on either party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPro Holdings, its officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the LGI system, including but not limited to business decisions made in reliance on diagnostic outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the LGI system shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tier that is the subject of the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the LGI system after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to users who have completed a diagnostic assessment.
