This Privacy Policy describes how GrowthProLegal, operated by GrowthPro Holdings ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Legal Growth Intelligence (LGI) system, including the Juris Jr. Growth Intelligence Scorecard, JurisIntell Revenue System Diagnostic, and JurisIQ Growth Intelligence Blueprint, and any related pages or communications at growthprolegal.com.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers. Your firm's data is used only to deliver your diagnostic results and follow-up communications.
We collect information you provide directly through the LGI engines during the diagnostic conversation and intake process. This includes:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We select providers that maintain industry-standard data protection practices.
Your contact record and assessment results are retained in our CRM for up to 24 months following your last interaction. Diagnostic context passed between LGI tiers (via URL parameters) expires after 30 days and is not stored server-side.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at LGI@growthprolegal.com. We will process deletion requests within 10 business days.
We use minimal session-level cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics networks that profile individual users across the web. Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at LGI@growthprolegal.com. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.
