This Privacy Policy describes how GrowthProLegal, operated by GrowthPro Holdings ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Legal Growth Intelligence (LGI) system, including the Juris Jr. Growth Intelligence Scorecard, JurisIntell Revenue System Diagnostic, and JurisIQ Growth Intelligence Blueprint, and any related pages or communications at growthprolegal.com.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers. Your firm's data is used only to deliver your diagnostic results and follow-up communications.
We collect information you provide directly through the LGI engines during the diagnostic conversation and intake process. This includes:

To deliver the LGI system, we work with the following service providers. Each handles data only as necessary to perform their function:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We select providers that maintain industry-standard data protection practices.
Your contact record and assessment results are retained in our CRM for up to 24 months following your last interaction. Context carried between engine tiers travels in URL parameters and in your own browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time; it is not stored server-side.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at LGI@growthprolegal.com. We will process deletion requests within 10 business days.
We use cookies for three purposes: site functionality, Google Analytics 4 for aggregate measurement of how the site is used, and our CRM's tracking cookie, which associates your form submissions with your contact record. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral ad tracking. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and the diagnostic runs without them. Third-party services set their cookies under their own privacy policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at LGI@growthprolegal.com. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to users who have completed a diagnostic assessment.
